Hello, I ordered for three battery banks from your company. 1. it took one month to arrive. 2. you delivered only one. 3. even what you have delivered does not work. it is supposed to be a 20800 mAH battery bank and it does not even last for 20 mins of charging my mobile phone. I have asked the credit card company to stop payment or recover if they have paid. you are a bunch of cheats. can you please take this product back and make sure that you wind-up such unethical business?
