Whaaky.com — Order Received different | |||
Hi, I have received last update from consumer forum that whaaky send a message regarding my complain in which they asked me to send the snap shots for received order (S[protected] within 48 hours .I have send snap shots for received order and for which was showing on whaaky website both on the whaaky support email address as they mentioned within the time frame . But they did not respond anything as of now they mentioned they will respond within 24 hours but its being more than 48 hours . I am attaching both snap shots on consumer forum site for your review. Please ask them to refund my money back ASAP . First they send that order after one month and that was totally different i do not want that order any more please ask them to refund my money . We had order on your online site, and purchase the order, but still we have receive the consignment at ourend. its totally different as per my order, now we are return back to your consignment through maruti courier on 1st Aug-2015. as per your discuss with Customer care. so pls informe to us if receive the consignment Order No S80878060 at yourend. and pls refund my amount in my account my account details is given to your mailing address.
