[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — Ordered T Shirts, neither delivered nor refunded.

I ordered 3 T Shirts Worth rupees 899/- through whaaky .com (order number S[protected] on 30th September 2014. i made the payment through credit card, and Rs. 899/ has been deducted from my card. i received a confirmation mail immediately... later on the same day itself i received one mail telling that you are in non serviceable area, without specifying the order number or anything else.. it was just an image saying... "Oops, you belong to a non-serviceable location and therefore we regret that we will not be able to process your order. We apologize for the inconvenience caused" it is 15th day after my order. but till now, the amount is not yet refunded. i mailed the complaint to [protected]@whaaky.com, but no response. can u explain, how can i get my amount back?
