Whaaky.com — Payment done but not received my order

i have ordered a product on 25-06-15 which is 3 cotton county trousers. my order no is S80863599 i have not yet received my order. I had made a payment of Rs.999 by credit card but still i have not received my order. I tried to contact whaaky.com so many times but neither they mail me back nor attending my calls. on 14-07-15 i got mail from whaaky.com that they have dispatched my order urgently. and after that i mailed them but still their is no response from them. please look after this matter.
