I received my order No.S[protected]Shipment No.CD[protected]IN via Indian Postal Service). I was disappointed by the product received. i, e. Power banks (20400mAH)-2Nos. (Rs.1249+ Rs.150)
They are third class, low quality, china items.
When I opened the box, I was literally shocked, by seeing MI power banks and rusted connecting cables.
I charged them for about 08 hours and all lights were glown indicating full charge.
And when I connected them to my phone, charging automatically started and I could able to charge only 20% and they were drained off their power.
Power buttons were not at all working.
I sent them back on 01.09.2015 (shipment No.BCK[protected]IN) through Indian Postal Service) and the same was delivered to them on 07.09.2015.
Till today I have not received any response from Whaaky.com.
Customer care is not at all responding.
