The order # was S[protected] woth of item 2747.0 Ordered date and time:[protected]:02:23 I did received couple of items which were of poor quality, however the last time woth of 1099 is yet to bee received and status is been showing as PREPARING TO SHIP. No customer care representative is answering the call and nobody even bothered to reply to the email. Please help to get my refund.
