We have made online order of the 2 products on www.whaaky.com vide order no. S80705231. However, the product delivered was not of the size ordered. While we have drawn their attention to the same though email, they have asked for the snapshot of the products and cover within 48 hours else the claim will not be admissible. How the online shopping portal like Whaaky.com can give such services. Are they not checking their vendors and their track records? And on their fault, they are making us responsible? Ordering for reply within 48 hours?
