Dear Sir, I am inform through Mail But No Reply found in last one Week. I am try through but phone call not pick by there customer care . So Please Help me. Following are The Problem:- 1- Data Cable Not working 2-Power Bank is Not taking up charge even 2 hrs of continuous plug in 3- No warranty Card & Manual 4- The power bank is too light as compare other 10000 Mah, I am suspected it is not a 10000 Man Battery either a less capacity power bank. 5- Continuous Charge 8 Hrs at this power bank after that we connect to phone but only 10% Charge approx 250 Mah battery Charge. I personally feel that this product is a fake/Copy to Sony Power Bank. I am not happy with this product. So, I am requested to you kindly Change it Or Return it.
