I booked 5 Bedsheets for Rs.999/- on 16 April 2014 where the promise was that you will deliver the product within 7 to 10 business days which should reach me atleast on 25 April 2014 or 30 April 2014. I received a mail on 9th May 2014 after several mails stating that Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Your product has been already dispatched by JAVAS courier. We are in contact with logistic team regarding swift delivery of your product. We will ensure that the product will be delivered soon. Thanks & Regards Your friends from Whaaky We Request You To Reply To [protected]@whaaky.com- Also i received an SMS to my registered mobile no.[protected] stating that Dear Customer, Your order S80320165 has been dispatched via JAVAS HYDWOL6002968. where they have not mentioned the exact or approx date when the product will deliver to me.
