After I r registered my 1st complain on 8th September I received a call from someone from whaaky.com on the very next day I.e. On 9th September, he asked me to send him an e-mail to info.[protected]@india.com.The copy of invoice and the detailed concern about the product, which I did the same immediately in 1 HR.He said that my product will be replaced by 9th September evening or maximum by 10th September.Bur truth is its 12th September today & still counting for the product replacement.After registering a consumer complaint also they are taking so much time replace or refund, strange.Hope they will cooperate with me.Beware of whaaky.com.

With reference to our conversation here by I am sending you the photo of the invoice, I request you to please do the same.
Yesterday I received Sony 10000 mah power bank, when start using the device I noticed it gets full charged in 15 min and at best it can provide only 10 to 15 % charge my mobile(2000 mah cell).
Also I dint receive any warranty card.
It says 10000 mah but not even working as a 1000 mAh power bank.Yester I tried to contact customer care more than 10 times but got no response.I purchased this because it said Sony power bank.For each & every product Sony gives 1yr warranty.
