Whaaky.com — Received the false product

I had ordered the branded jeans combo order ID: S80918659. And received a worst quality of jeans . I tried to contact whaaky care team via mail and also via phone, but did not received any response from the whakky team side. I want to replaced that jeans with the branded one as ordered by me . Otherwise refunded my money.
