Hi, Product: Wangler Shoes & Stretchable Jean-OM SAI\ I have several email to whaaky after sent the product back to whaaky's address and that was delivered to whaaky's address on 10th of July as per refund self shipment policy.I did every thing whatever they said to do event in self shipment i was charged 200 rs more to just send that product back to them . my refund was approved by whaaky and they said ''We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint qualifies for a refund. As per our refund policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address. Once we receive the defective product from you, we will go ahead to initiate a refund.'' Please ask them to refund my money back they are not even replying my emails.
