Hello Sir/Mam,
We had an order (S[protected] dated on 28 Dec. 2014. The received package seems quite opposite as the ordered. There are certain issues we want to bring to your notice.
1. The colour of the jeans does not match as desired.
2. We ordered size 30 but it is very rediculous that size/s are 26, 28, 28, 30, 26.
3. It was promised that Jeans of Dennim company will be delivered but they are local and seem that they have been used many times.
4. Not unlike, they are wearings of female not for male.
5. The zip is shorter than the size of 30 and zip covers of two jeans are pasted wrongly.
It is our request that either replace the items or refund amount within time. We hope that any action will be taken soon from your side, otherwise we have to take any strong action against your company. We are waiting for your fruitful reply. Was this information helpful? |
