Whaaky.com — Regarding Order no-S80787078

I have placed an order no- S80787078 of two MI 10400 Twin power combo on 28/03/2015 and company commited to dispatch the material with in 7-10 business day. i Have pay the ammount in advance but Till now (13/05/15) nither i have recived the product nor any conformation from Whaaky side. i have send them several remenders regarding my product but i am not getting any replay from this side. i also requested them to canceled my order and refund my amount. but nither they canceled order nor they send product. pls help me to resolve this problem.
