Whaaky.com — Regarding refund due to mismatched size of products

Dear Sir, I have ordered for jeans through whaaky.co.in by cash on delivery. The jeans are of mismatched size and are of poor quality . Before placing the order, i was told that if the product is not liked by me, i can return the product. And it is clearly mentioned in the refund policy of whaaky. -> http://m.whaaky.co.in/refund I have mailed whaaky but the executives are not entertaining my call. Please do something as it is very harassing experience with whaaky .
