This is sheer horror to my knowledge.
Company has not bothered to contact me & just received an mailer stating that they will send my order.
I have checked my order status on their website today & it is stating the status as "Preparing for Shipment"
There is no question of resolving my complaint company has not bothered to contact me even.
Please take some serious action against this company.
