I have ordered a SONY Power Bank, Order no-S80903716 Amout Rs 499/-, which I paid online on 28th Aug 2015. But till date Whaaky.com not able deliver my order. I tried several times to contact customer care but no one is ready to talk. Also I sent too many mails to [protected]@whaaky.com. They are not able to send even a single reply mail. While tracking my order status, it shows Ready to dispatch. Neither they delivered my order nor refunded money... Was this information helpful? | |||||

most of the complaints relate to Whaaky. They appear to be unprofessional. Dont pay online ever. Opt for cash on delivery. If there is a delay you need not take delivery.

its showing only ready to dispatch BUT stil not shipped
Anyone have any idea to cancel the product or having Contact Number of top managment otherwise going to file in consumer court.
