Sir, i purchased a sony power bank on[protected] and item delivered via online shopping and payment .Item was not according to my desire and returned back to company by me .I got the email from whaaky.Com that have received the item and they refund me the amount.Since their mail in my id from last year to today i have not got the amount and i have called them alot time they do not pick or ignore to pay even they i have mailed me thrice or more that they will pay me in account in 24 hours but therre is no payment found.
