Product: Stock - 1 Cargo + 1 Jeans
According to tracking details my defective product is delivered to Whaaky office on 11-Aug-2014, through bluedart.

they also written in their mail after received my shipment on 11th Aug- 14 that:[protected]
"This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you
shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we
would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and
courier name."
So, today is 19th Aug - 14, according to them 4 business days is still not
over, firstly they are sending defective products then, no response after receiving my product.
I am sending several mails to dispatch my replacement, But they are not receiving calls or not replying me through mails also. Means after 11 Aug 14 they are not able to response me through mail or phone.
I am also sending you them the courier bill copy, even they can also contact me @ my number, but they don't.
So, what i think now, that my don't to replace or they want to stole my money. Firstly, they send me defective products, when i informed them they told me to send back that same product & after receiving my product they they confirm me also but after that they stop every communication from their end.
Please Help me... Please help me
