Whaaky.com — TSRTC cancelled bus; but did not get refund

I book a ticket on 05th July 2022 with TSRTC webpage. I have paid Rs 1060 for the return ticket from Hyderabad to V M Banjar.
Next day TSRTC called me that my bus is cancelled. But i did not get any refund so far.
