Dear team,

This complaint is against online shopping website whaaky. Come.

I booked a mi 20800mah power bank from whaaky.com 19th may’16 and made the payment of rs.499 through debit card on the same day, but i still not received the power bank,

Three-four times i wrote an email to whaaky. Come at [protected]@whaaky.com, but didn’t get any proper response from them.
Moreover, i several times called on whaaky. Come helpline at[protected], but nobody picked-up the phone, i really disappointed with their service.

Hence, request you to please arrange to cancel my order and process the refund of rs.499 amount, and confirm.
