My order id is [protected]. I ordered 2 mi powerbanks. But the problem is that it's a defective piece powerbanks are not charging the phone. Please replace the order or refund the amount. I used only 3 times n my phone is not charging or any other phone are also not charging.

It's a request either replace the product with good one or refund the amount.
