[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Delay in refund of returned product | |||||
I purchased a touch mobile phone in this site. It will be delivered after 20 days. But it's not even logged on in its first use itself. So I requested for return and I wil send by courier at own cost. They don't even had the getting back facility. They received the product before one month itself. Till now I didn't get the money back. I communicated for atleast 4to 5 times. They said 8 to 10 business days. Then 5 to 6 business days. Then 2 to 3 business days. But nothing happened. Dec 28, 2016 Naraya Samy's response It is not good and not useful .it iseems defective product.it is teared here and there.there is only 5 jeans we ordered from that only 2 jeans were new and others three were defective and not usefulet. So kindly we need to return the product
