[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Duplicate and defective power bank

I had ordered mi power bank from whaaky.com having 10200 mah and 20400 mah fro rs 499 as on 09 aug 2016, i received defected and duplicate product. And after the couple of mail no response from them. Neither they pick ph calls nor mail reply. Totally fraud company. Cheating peoples with duplicate products.

Please look into issue and suggest how to proceed.

Today i received power bank but the received power banks are not good quality, their charging point is not proper it seems are not original mi products so, please cancel order no s[protected] and refund my amount rs 499 as earliest into my account from whom i paid for the product.

Its been 72 hrs and no response so bad service also i tried calling on given numbers no one picking calls. So pathetic can someone reply my mail for order cancellation request order no s[protected] bcz product is not good as per my expectation its damaged.

As of 4 th sep 2016 no update for order cancellation request by whaaky. So i will wait one more day if no update i will go consumer forum for fraud case selling duplicate products and cheating customers i will go for refund with compilation assap.

Why should i pay courier delivery charges. Its yours fault send duplicate item I need refund as earliest.

Whaaky has received my courier 13 days back as their mail and told I will get refund by 5 working days till 13 days have gone and I haven't received refund amount rs 599 why so, They are cheaters making fool customers such type frauds,
