[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Got defective product order id S[protected] | |||
Hi I ordered mi plus powerbanks from whaaky.com on 4th august and made the payment using credit card. After that i had to chase them multiple times for dispatching the order and got the delivery after 18 days. Then power banks received were defective too and there is no option on the website to return the product. I have mailed them but they are not replying at all. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 12, 2017 Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Order no: - S[protected] We have already raised a complaint on 26th august 2016 for Replacement. As per company policy Customer have to return the product to whaaky return section, and we have not received any self shipment till now. We are sorry to inform you that.
