Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — I cancelled my order n asked for the refund on mail but no response.

Am Rachna sawhney my order no is S[protected].i was calling them to get it cancelled coz of late delivery but no response then I mailed then plenty of times to cancel my order n refund my money in my account. But no call from them n no revert back from them.i paid 1199 rs for pair of power bank n the order was given on 30th jan 2016.i didn't get any call no revert back of my mail n no refund in my account. Please take a legal action against them n get my refund in a day or 2.my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com n ph no is [protected]
