-Customer care(# [protected]): no one picks up the phone even you try it continuously for 24 hrs. It seems they don't care customers time and money
-support team: "[protected]@whaaky.com" least bother to reply the email. Even you continuously follow up for a week
--return pickup facility:They proudly say, they don't have return pickup facility but before sending any product, they don, t check, if it is defective or incomplete. It means they have no or poor quality team
Is there any one who could suggest how to tackle all these situation as I have faced all.
Can I go to consumer court for recovery?
