Further to the below comment, i would like to inform you that today i received the replacement cell phone and battery. Yes only these two items. It doesn’t have the charger or user manual which are essential accessories. While sending the faulty cell phone, i had also sent back the substandard charger (Not nokia at all) back to you.
What kind of service are you doing? I am your customer, not some wayside vagabond without any other work to do rather than keeping chasing you for defective and substandard shipments.
When you are ding a business transaction, stick to your promise, complete it and entrust it with competent people to handle or you may very soon find the fate of big business tycoons who didnt follow the ethics of business and customer care.
This is only my second business with whaaky and i am afraid if i may continue so in future

I purchased a nokia c5-03 mobile last month. The order number s[protected]. I received the order promptly through aramex couriers. But when i opened it, the product and its accessories were not at all up-to the standards. I complained about it. After verifying my complaint, whaaky asked me send the product back for replacement. I sent it on 20/08/19 by dtdc courier and informed whaaky about it. Whaaky acknowledged receipt of faulty item by 24/08/16. Since then i have sent at least 04 or 05 mails asking details on replacement / dispatch, for which whaaky has not responded at all. This is not he service i expected from whaaky. I am waiting for a resolution or else would move to next level Was this information helpful? |
