Dear sir,
In june this year i placed an order for 3 jeans and 3 shirts for rs. 1099/- (50 % sale price). After opening the parcel i found that the material, design and the size was not as per they have stated in their advertisement. I immediately wrote them that the cloths are not as per the advertisement and please arrange for reverse pick up. I received their mail that they do not have the facility of reverse pick up but requested me to send them back the parcel and they will reimburse me the parcel charges.
So i sent them the parcel and requested them to cancel myorder and refund my payment of rs. 1099 + rs. 400/- parcel charges.
Sir everytime i am sending them mail to return my payment their standard reply is that very soon i will get my money back.
I am now fed up of writing to them again and again to return my money back.
I therefore request your honour to take up my case and ask the above company to return my rs. 1500/- immediately
