I have purchased power bank and pen drive but I received damage condition so I informed to customer care executive and ask for replacement. After 3 months I have not get any replacement. So I applied for refund but till date means more than 1 year not get refund.
I call several times to customer care number always say you get refund with in 7 days. But not get. Also refund pending of courier charges.
