I had placed order on 28.10.2015 and the order and payment details are below order id : s[protected] payment mode : creditcard order placed on :[protected]:40:58 order details : s.No item name price 1 10 plain leggings @ 749 shipping address : santosh bamne pratima chs, plot no 174, r no 23., sector 1, charkop, kandivali west, mumbai. Maharashtra., mumbai, maharashtra-400067 total amount rs. 749.0 after waiting 7 to 10 days i tried to contact the customer care centre, but no reply from there end. Then i mailed them on there email id regarding this issue. I have received the auto generated reply from there end again 3 - 4 days passed again i mailed on the same. Again the auto generated reply received from there end after that i mailed them regarding the cancellation of my order and amount refund. Till date i have not received any reply from them. Please look into this matter. All these fake companies are cheating customers with there schemes. Was this information helpful? | |||||
