[Resolved]  Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Order is not received

In Whaaky.com I was booked an MI power bank order on[protected]:59:47.
My order number is S[protected], My order was dispatched from whaaky.com on 1st sept 2016. And I had telephonic discussion with whaaky.com on 07.09.2016, during telephonic discussion whaaky.com representative is assured that i'll get my order in 2 days now the today's date is 24th sept 2016.
After a several mail communication with whaaky.com and support I get the below mail from them on several time.

Dear customer,
This is to inform you that the product you ordered has returned to origin. We received a report from logistics department that the courier tried to reach you to deliver the parcel but was unable to deliver the same to you. This is to confirm that we will resend the product back to you. You will receive a fresh consignment number and the courier name once the product is dispatched.

My reply for the mail is simply given below . please go through the same and do the needful for me ASAP.

Dear Concern,

How long The same reply you are going to give me...?
Since from last 2 month you are saying the delay and tried to reach me.
But your are not given any courier tracking number and the courier details.
Where they tried ...? and when you tried..?
Have they reached my office..? or have they reached ananthapur and tried me.

Each and every mail i'm maintain my contact number.
still now i'm not getting any call from your courier service.
then how they can say we was tried to reach you..?

I don't want your chilly reply mail like that.
I want my order in my hand otherwise return my money back.
