The order dated s[protected] was placed by me on 1/8/2016 prepaid which is not dispatched till now, even after repeated complaints am getting same reply that it will be dispatched at the earliest. This irritating reply rose my suspicion and therefore placed 1 new order of absolutely same order on 15/8/2016 order no s[protected] and as suspected today got sms saying the new order s[protected] is been dispatched by aramax. You have proved to me that you are purely cheating me by not dispatching my older prepaid order and in return dispatching same product new order which was placed only 2 days back. This is pure malpractice and cheating business. I will lodge a complaint now with consumer court and take necessary action against your malpractice.
