[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Order placed in whaaky.com, still it is not delivered to me...

Dear team,

I had been placed an order through whaaky.com, order no s[protected]Mobile phone) on 24/august/2016 at 7.17 pm. Once the payment has been done received a sms saying that 7 or 8 working days product will be delivered to given address.

But today the date is 22/09/2016, its close to one month now. Still i have not received any delivery. I tried calling to customer care number[protected], no response. Sent a mail on [protected]@whaaky.com several times. Only automated reply has come saying that with in 24 to 48 hours delivery will happens. I thought it will be delivered with in time line. But it has not been delivered.

I would like to request you team please take action on the same and do the needful.

But today the date is 04.11.2016 its close to one month now. Still i have not received any delivery. I tried calling to customer care number[protected], no response. Sent a mail on [protected]@whaaky.com several times. Only automated reply has come saying that with in 24 to 48 hours delivery will happens. I thought it will be delivered with in time line. But it has not been delivered.

I would like to request you team please take action on the same and do the needful.
