Order confirmation of dt 11 aug 2016, id S[protected] of INR1698/- was paid fully in advance. without my concent order was cancelled by whaaky.com and despite of several mail communications no resolution of my querry was made. INR 999/- got reverted back on 20 aug 2016. Neither full refund nor the product is recd and worst communication.Helpline no are of no use and no one picks up the phone.
