Placed order for power bank vivo 25000mah vide order no. S[protected] dated 21 may 2017. Very poor replica that too unserviceable supplied by whakky.com Company accepted the mistake and is finding excuses to refund the money back. The company is obliged to supply a fully serviceable quality product as advertised. Failing which it should refund the money promptly.
