Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Product missing,used and disgusting

I ordered 3 shirts from whaaky.com and you guys delivered only 2 and both of them are used and in a very bad condition. It seems like they just picked that shirt from road and packed it and delivered it. I paid a huge amount for the clothes and even got the worse. I tried contacting their customer care but the number was also fraud[protected] this is the number
their website is also not opening what do i do now. So I request that please accept the return of my parcel and refund my money otherwise I'm gonna complain it again and again until I got my money back
