I have placed an order-s80147219 on 17/05/2016 and still shows its (Preparing to ship) i trusted and made the payment online which was my mistake kindly request you to return back my hard-own money or deliver the order as you promised i have sent plenty of mails but haven't got any reply and also tried calling several time nobody bother to even pick the call

Kindly do look into the issue and sort it out asap..

Just Now Received a call from No. [protected], Claiming he is from Whakky Customer Care. He asks me my Bank Details. When I cross Checked and ask him to provide his employment details. He has denied . Then I have said I am not giving any details on call. please reply my official complain on my official IDs. He said Ur money will not refunded now.

I request to check this Mobile No & revert. I think this was fake call & Need to be stopped by Company, Other wise there will be another Fraud due to Company.

Today is 10 days even after Complain, Till Now No updates from the Whakky.com for the same.
Please Escalate the same at the Highest Level.
