Dear sir,
I ordered a pair of sony power bank on dated 25.02.2016. I have been waiting for a very long time for the product.
Till now the product is not delivered and the delivery date is not showing on their site.
Many time i tried to contact on their helpline number but no replies from there side.
I want my money back. Please guide/ help me to back my money from whaaky.Com

Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customer’s in-case you’re running short on time we request you to drop an email [protected]@whaaky.com, we are sure to respond within 24-48 hrs.

But till now I am not receive my product and they say that the product is delivered on 15th march 2016.

They send me a screen shot of the delivery status but how can I believe this until I receive my product.

I am thankful to Consumer Complaints for that after a very long time I got a reply from the whaaky.com I hope that I will receive my product as soon as possible or Refund my money back to my account.

I will attach the screen shot send by the [protected]@whaaky.com to me.

After complaining against whaaky.com they call me on 5th Aug i.e friday evening twice or thrice.

But after that there is no progress on my complaint I mailed them about this but no reply from there side.
They promise me that they talk with the courier company i.e BOOK MY PACKET COURIER services I also receive a call from the BMP courier services the also ask me the same questions.
One staff tells me that he register a complain for the product is not delivered to the owner.
On the other hand I purchased a Power bank from the local market after waiting for a long time.
Over the telephone I also mention that Now I don't need the Power bank now.
I just want to get my money back.
Please help me to get my money back.
