[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Product not delivered and not responding | |||||
I had ordered pb on 29 oct and i got confirmation of the product thru phone and sms that order is booked. Then I got message that product is dispatched and will be delivered on 12th nov. When chked on line status is not updated as to where has my product reached. Payment was done on line the day i booked my order. Til date no intimation and no body is attending calls to respond to my query. I feel that I am cheated by the company. Even the address of Hyd was physically verified but there was no such company existing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
