I am harish raghuwanshi. I have ordered 2 mi power banks on date[protected] and order no is s[protected]. One power bank does not work, when this power bank is charging, it does not charge and does not charge any mobile. This product is manufacturing defect so please replace this power bank. I hope that my complaint request you will solve my problem. I have already returned the parcel to your office and a confirmation has being received from your office that it has being received.
