Sir. I have ordered rebook shoe thru online and paid amount thru credit card vide order no. S[protected] Drs. 18.02.2016. Their status shows. Order confirmed and preparing to ship. But no further updation from them. I have sent mail for cancellation no reply. I tried to contact them thru customer care no and no one pick the phone. Kindly intervene to sort out
