I have been ordered on 20/01/2016 but still I have not got my product and there toll free number is fake not connecting at all, and I have sent 2-3 times an email but they don't sent any reply and if I am tracking my order it is showing preparing to ship from first day to today so sir please help me as I had already made the payment of 699Rs via net banking.
I have already made the payment but no response
