[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Refund not Received

Purchase 4 Trouser Order No.S80970586 from Whakky.com received on 5/11/2015 I want to return my product because i am not satisfied with it. continuesly i was contacting them but no revert from their side. after 2 months I send back product to Whakky.com on 7/1/2016 as per their instruction thru own courier & they have received it.

18 Jan 2016, Received a refund mail from them but till now i didnt get any amount from their side please help how to get my refund bcz i m contacting them by mail & call but no revert from their side. Please help me how to get my refund ?

I have received 4 times this msg that account detail received & cheque deposited in my accounts in 4 to 5 business days. Till Today, No any amount received from your side.. Daily I m mailing you for this but no response from you side.

You are bigger cheater...

consumer complaints team I request you please help me & take strongly action on this company.
