I have place a order S[protected]product: 5 Branded Tees) but the product was bad after raising the complaint they told do self shipment, I sent the product, they also received the product and told they would process the refund, but still I have not received the refund and self shipment charges. I am sending number of reminders but no reply.Below is the mail received from for refund process which is yet credit. Pl. sort out the issue as it is more than 4 month old Whaakysupport Sep 7 (12 days ago) to me Dear customer, This is to inform you that we have received the product shipped by you. We can definitely go ahead to initiate a refund. We will be processing your online refund and the amount will be credited and reflected in your account in 5 business days.
