I had ordered a product with the order number S[protected] on the 28th may 2016. I was told that the order would be delivered within 7-9 working days and tday the date is the 6th june 2016 and I still havent received the shipping status or any communications from the whaaky team. I thereby request you to take the necessary action. If they arent able to deliver the product I want a refund of my money

My name is Sunil Kumar (From Hyderabad) and My mobile number is [protected], I booked a Sony Power Bank 25000 mAh on whaaky.com on 30-may-2016 ( Order number - S[protected] but still it is not delivered to me and they are not at all updating the status of the product too.No one even picking up the phone and i mailed lots of time regarding the status of the product but no reply from their side.please help in this how to get back my money or product.
