[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Replacement/refund not received

I ordered MI powerbank in this onlin site and same received after 20 days with defective one. In this regard i raised many mails to Whaaky support team. They said we will give replacement, but 2 month completed but replacement or refund not received still.
