Non-delivery of ordered item I have ordered a 7linen shirt pack( Prize-1499) on 25/08/2015 order no. S80898128. AS PER REPLY OF WHAKKY TEAM I had Self Shipped My shirts to Whakky on 31/08/2015 it was stated that the same will be RESHIPED within 10-15DAYS working date. After 1.5 MONTH days I send mail to asking for the status of my consignment and they replied mentioning 'We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to over whelming response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily basis. Kindly bear with us.' Again after few days, , I send a mail asking to deliver my consignment by that week or to refund my money. But, on reply they forwarded the same word . And till date the RESHIPMENT NOT DONE. and also customer care number no reply on mobile It is, therefore, requested to look in to the matter and arrange either for Refund or delivery of my consignment.not is update status.
