[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — return on order nos[protected] replacement pending | |||
This is with regards to the subject order placed on 14th oct 2017 and the order was despatched on 21st of oct. I ordered for xl size of the nehru coat and xl size white shirt which costed rs 450. I received a medium size nehru coat and a chef coat instead of a shirt. I was asked to return the order for replacement for which i spent rs100 + for the courier. After the return, they advised it was returned and would be replaced immediately. Later i received an email stating it would take 7 to 10 business days. Even after that there was no response. I have emailed to [protected]@whaaky.com several times requesting for the status of the return / refund. There was no response for the email, nor they answer the calls on[protected].
