[Resolved]  Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Send damaged and duplicate mi power bank

Due to some problem I had cancel my order (Order ID : S[protected], which I had ordered on[protected]:56:55 for MI 20800 mAh Power Bank and 2 Branded Jeans.

As per Order Cancellations policy is: If you would like to cancel an order, you can call or email our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund.

But They had not cancelled my order even I have mailed many times regarding this.


After some time they have dispatched my order on 23 November 2015. But they had send duplicate MI powerbank and 34 no jeans evwn I had ordered original MI powerbank and 36 no jeans.

After that I mailed again for return of order on 7 December after receiving of order as follows

I have ordered Mi 20800 mah power bank and 2 jeans of size 36. But I have received 2 jeans of size 34 both. Also power bank is not in working condition. Seal of power bank box was also broken inside packing. I want to return order (order id:S[protected]. I have also sent images of Powerbank and Jeans and I said that I want to replacement if items available or refund. Please do needful. Please reply soon otherwise I have to complain against you in consumer forum.

But they had not given any response till now. I want to return my amount Rs. 999.
